GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrival and Departure

Your room will be ready for you from 3.00 pm. If you are arriving late, after 6.00 pm, please leave a message by telephone.

Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of departure. If you would like to spend a few more hours with us by the pool or in the spa area, please contact our reception.

In the event of early departure, we will charge 100 per cent of the price.

Deposit

The deposit for your holiday is 30 per cent of the total cost. Please transfer this amount to the account specified in your confirmation within 14 days of the booking date.

Lifts

There is a lift in each of our hotels. Under no circumstances should this be used in the event of a fire alarm.

Payment

You are welcome to settle your bill at our reception by 8.00 pm on the evening before your departure. We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and Mastercard.

Bus/Train

The bus stop for buses heading towards Kaltenbach-Fügen-Strass is directly in front of the hotel; on the opposite side, buses head towards Zell-Mayrhofen. The Angerbach/Ahrnbach request-stop on the Zillertalbahn line is about a 15-minute walk (approximately 1 km) away.

Meal times

• Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00
• Afternoon snack from 15:00 to 16:30
• Dinner from 18:00 to 20:00

Electric car charging station

Four wall boxes for charging electric cars are installed in one of our garages. You can collect the keys to activate them from reception (for a fee).

Luggage 

If you would like to enjoy our wellness area after checking out, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage storage room. Please hand in any valuables at reception.

Towels

Please let’s work together to do our bit for the environment. If you’d like to have your towels changed, simply leave them on the bathroom floor; however, if you’d like to continue using them, please hang them up.

Please use the towel rack on the balcony to dry your towels, and not the balcony railing.

Dogs and Pets

Pets are generally not permitted on our premises.

Internet/Wi-Fi

Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel grounds. After logging into the network, you must agree to the terms and conditions in order to use the network.

Children’s discounts

• 0–2 years: free
• 3–5 years: 70%
• 6–10 years: 50%
• 11–15 years: 30%
• From 15 years: 10% in a third bed

Late Check-out

Your wellness holiday begins at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends by 10.30 am on the day of departure. If you would like to use our wellness area for a little longer on the day of departure, please speak to our reception. Guests who have booked directly with us have free access to the wellness area on the day of departure after checking out of their room (snack not included). For all other guests, we charge €20.00 per person for late check-out (snacks not included).

You are welcome to take your beach bag, containing bathrobes and towels, with you from your room. Please hand this in at reception before you leave.

Sustainability

Sustainability is also a major priority for us in our operations. We are taking numerous measures to help make our future just a little bit greener.

Solar panels: With our solar panels, we generate much of the electricity we need ourselves.

Wood chip heating: Our wood chip heating system provides cosy warmth throughout the hotel.

Energy recovery: At first glance, air conditioning systems seem anything but environmentally friendly. However, we use the energy from the air conditioning systems to heat our swimming pool.

Bath slippers

Every year, vast amounts of rubbish are generated by the use of disposable bath slippers in hotels. We have therefore decided not to automatically provide slippers in guest rooms.

We hope for your support as we move towards a more conscious and sustainable future. By reusing towels, you as a guest can make a valuable contribution through even a small gesture.

Local tax

The room rates quoted do not include the local tourist tax. This is levied by the local authority and amounts to €1.50 per person per day for guests aged 16 and over.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Booking

If you book a room by telephone, we require a written confirmation of your booking via email in all cases. This is not necessary if you book online via the booking form. Your booking becomes valid once the deposit has been credited to our account. If you provide us with your credit card details, we will take care of debiting the deposit for you.

Cancellation

If, for any reason, you are unable to take your holiday, taking out travel cancellation insurance in good time will save you hassle and unnecessary costs. Click here to visit Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellation policy

• You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• From 14 days before arrival, we will charge 50 per cent of the total holiday price.
• From 9 days before arrival, we will charge 70 per cent of the total holiday price.
• From 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 per cent of the holiday price, as is the case for no-shows or early departures.

New Year’s Eve Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• From 30 days before arrival, we will charge 50 per cent of the total holiday price.
• From 14 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total holiday price.
• From 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the holiday price, as is the case for no-shows or early departures.

Underground car park and parking spaces

One parking space per room, either outdoors or in the underground car park, is included in the room price. There are 4 wall boxes in the underground car park for charging your electric vehicle (subject to a charge).

Food intolerances

If you have any food intolerances or follow a vegetarian diet, please let us know so that our kitchen can prepare accordingly.

Payment

Please settle the bill for your stay in cash, by debit card or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard).

Surcharges and discounts

The ¾ Vitalpension can only be added to a booking that includes breakfast on the same day, at a cost of €25.00 per person.

Charging electric cars at the wall boxes in the underground car park is billed according to usage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for meals that have not been consumed.

WELLNESS

Fitness

Our fitness room is available to our guests daily from 06:00 to 22:00. The fitness room is a dangerous place for children. We therefore ask all parents to use the fitness room without their children, so that other guests can also train undisturbed.

For all fans of outdoor fitness, our outdoor fitness circuit is just the right place to work up a sweat.

Garden pool

Our garden pool is kept at a comfortable temperature depending on the season. You will find towels in the bathroom bag in your room.

Summer: 07:00 to 19:30

Winter: 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm

Sun loungers

We understand that everyone would like to secure a particular sun lounger. Nevertheless, we ask that you do not reserve them in advance. We’re sure you’ll also be pleased to find a free sun lounger whilst others are still out and about.

Sky-Relax Pool

You’ll find our Sky-Relax Pool on our panoramic roof terrace. Enjoy the Zillertal mountain panorama and relax in the hot tub. Our entire wellness area on the 4th floor is for adults only.

Winter: 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm

Sky Spa/Saunas

Our Sky Spa is a nudist and relaxation area. Entry is permitted from the age of 16. You will find a sauna towel in the bath bag in your room.

Wellness treatments

We offer our guests massages, baths and a wide range of body treatments in our Sky Spa. It is best to book appointments in advance.

SUMMER

Activcard

You can obtain the Zillertal Activcard from our reception or at the mountain railway ticket offices. It is available for 3, 6, 9 or 12 days.

E-bikes/Bicycles

We have reserved a space for bikes in our secure underground car park next to the Vitallodge. You can access the car park using your room key. You can also charge your e-bikes here. Please do secure your bikes with a bike lock, even though the car park is locked.

Bike hire

Our partner, Sport Stock in Kaltenbach, delivers ordered e-bikes or bicycles directly to the hotel. Please let us know in good time if you are planning a trip with a hire bike. (If you only need the bike for half a day, hire is only available directly from the shop.)

Bagpacks/walking poles

We have a small number of rucksacks and walking poles available to borrow from our reception.

Tobogganing fun in the Zillertal:

Ski bus

With a valid ski pass, you can use the ski buses and the Zillertalbahn free of charge. Timetables are available at reception.

Ski Pass/Ski Resorts

You can purchase the Zillertal Super Ski Pass (for 2 days or more) at our reception. Please order your ski passes in good time (ideally the day before) to allow our reception staff time to issue them.

Ski storage room

Please ensure you store your ski boots and skis ONLY in the ski storage room and DO NOT take them into your rooms! Our ski storage room is under CCTV surveillance!

Ski hire

You can hire ski and winter sports equipment from local sports shops for a fee. Tip: Pick up your discount voucher for ski hire at reception!
