Arrival and departure
Your room will be prepared for you from 15:00. In case of late arrival after 6:00 p.m., please call us. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. You are welcome to store your luggage until you leave and to leave your car in the hotel car park until departure.

Deposit
The down payment for your holiday is 30% of the total amount. Please transfer this amount within 14 days of your booking date to our bank account as stated in the confirmation.

Dogs and pets
Dogs and other pets are generally not admitted to Natur Resort Rissbacher.

In the parents' room
0 to 2 years free of charge
3 to 10 years 50 % of the price
11 to 15 years 30 % discount
From 15 years in a third bed 10 %.

Meal time
Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon snack from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Dinner from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Local tax
The listed room rates do not include local tax. This is imposed by the municipality and amounts to 1.50 euros per person and day on guests over 16 years of age.

Reservation
If you make a reservation by telephone, we ask you to send us a written reservation by e-mail. This is not applicable if you book online via the booking interface. Your reservation is valid as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account. Should you provide us with your credit card details, we will take care of the debiting of the deposit for you.

Cancellation
If you are unable to start your holiday for certain reasons, you can save yourself trouble and unnecessary costs by concluding travel cancellation insurance in good time. One click will get you to the Europäischen Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance). Europäischen Reiseversicherung.

Ski passes and ski hire
You can get your ski pass directly at our hotel reception. Ski and winter sports equipment can be rented from local sports shops for a fee. Tip: Ask at the hotel reception for your discount voucher for ski rental!

Sky-SPA und Sauna
The wellness area is open at different times depending on the season. Kindly note that certain areas are exclusively reserved for adult guests over 16 years of age.

Cancellation conditions:

• You can always cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• From 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total tour price.
• From 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the tour price, which also applies to no-shows or early departures.

Parking and underground car park
One parking bay for your car per room is included in the room rate. There are 4 wall boxes in the underground car park for charging your electric car (for a fee).

Payment
Please settle the bill for your stay in cash, by ec-card or by major credit card (VISA, Mastercard).

Surcharges and deduction
The ¾ Vitalpension can be added to a booking with breakfast on the same day only at a rate of 25.00 euros per person.

Charging your electric car at the wallboxes in the underground car park is invoiced according to consumption.

In summer, one dog is allowed on your enquiry and in certain rooms. We have an extra charge of 35.00 euros per dog per night. An extra cleaning charge of 80.00 euros will be made.

We regret that meals not consumed cannot be reimbursed.
