Hop on the free ski bus and reach the top ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal-Spieljochbahn within a few minutes. From Kaltenbach you start on the Skiberg which, due to its altitude, is reputed to be particularly snow-safe and is famous for its legendary deep-snow slopes. Tip: Gently sloping slopes are particularly suitable for families with children and beginners.

- Are the ski areas in the Zillertal connected to each other?
Some ski mountains are directly connected with downhill runs and connecting lifts. Where this is not the case, just use the free ski buses that run at regular intervals.
- How suitable is the Zillertal for a skiing holiday with children?
Definitely! In each of the eight ski areas there are children's ski schools and children's ski gardens, playfully designed practice facilities for the first turns and enjoyable ways to explore skiing. Tip: Children up to the age of 6 go up the mountain for free.
