- Where can I get my ski pass?
At the reception you can get ski passes for children and adults with different validity periods. With pleasure we will advise you on the choice of the ticket that suits you best.
- Is the winter activity program free of charge?
Please ask at the reception desk which offers you can use free of charge or for a fee.
- Can non-skiers also use the ski bus free of charge?
Of course, all winter holiday guests can use the ski buses free of charge. And the ski bus stop is located directly in front of the Natur Resort Rissbacher.
- And what do the ski schools in the Zillertal have to offer?
Well-trained instructors for a wide range of winter sports are available at the ski schools. You can choose from courses for children and adults (groups and private), guided ski and snowshoe tours as well as cross-country skiing courses.
- What does the Natur Resort Rissbacher offer for families?
A children's playroom equipped with natural materials and ecological toys is available for our younger guests in the hotel. On the nature playground and in the garden, children can romp around in the snow to their heart's content. The family skiing areas can be reached by bus within a few minutes. Hint: Our fluffy alpacas are especially popular with children for their walks.
