- Where in the Natur Resort Rissbacher will I find the Sky-SPA?
The Sky-SPA is situated on the rooftop of the Rissbacher Vitallodge, which is only a stone's throw away from the Landhaus and Stammhaus.
- Which cosmetic line is used in the SPA?
We emphasise the importance of natural alpine cosmetics, which is why we use products from ALPIENNE for our treatments - 100% natural, traditionally handcrafted, regionally produced and climate-neutral.
- How can I arrange my wellness appointment?
To be certain of receiving your desired appointment, we recommend making a reservation with your room booking. You are also welcome to make appointments at the hotel reception.
- What should I wear when I go to the SPA?
For your SPA visit and all treatments, you are dressed appropriately in your bathrobe and slippers.
- What if I cannot keep an appointment?
If you are late for an appointment, the treatment time may be shorter if the appointment is busy. If you are cancelling an appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation at very short notice, we reserve the right to charge in full for the unused treatment.
