- Can I reserve a particular room?
We will be delighted to assure you of the room category you have chosen. Please note that due to changing occupancy it is not feasible to confirm any particular room.
- Can I have my dog with me on holiday?
Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed at the Natur Resort Risspacher.
- Which cancellation conditions apply?
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- You can always cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- From 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total tour price.
- From 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the tour price, which also applies to no-shows or early departures.
In case of border closures or quarantine restrictions on time of arrival or departure, cancellation is free of charge at any time.
- Am I allowed to smoke in the room?
All our rooms and suites at Natur Resort Rissbacher are strictly non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors only and ensure that you do not disturb other guests when smoking on the balcony.
- Where can I park my car?
You just park your car free of charge in the hotel's own car park or in the underground garage. There are also 4 wall boxes installed in the garage for charging your electric car. Charging is subject to a separate fee.
